Booking Process

  • The company will help you decide on the choice of a suitable housing option.
  • Transfer the agreed part of the payment to company account.
  • You will receive an official booking confirmation of the selected house/apartment.
  • At least two days before arrival, you should confirm your arrival time in Hua Hin.
  • At the time of check-in, you receive a contract in 2 languages ​​and pay the remaining cost of the rental. In some cases a refundable deposit is also required (the amount is approximately equal to the cost of 0.5 to 1 month of rental).
  • At check-out, final services are usually paid separately, these may include electricity, water, and final cleaning, and security deposit is returned.

Booking Payment

To book the selected property option, you make an advance payment deposit to the company account, usually in the amount of half the cost of the rental for the entire period or equivalent to one month rental of the planned stay using a bank transfer or via PayPal.

The rest of the bill and a refundable security deposit are paid on site upon check-in.

Attention! The deposit can be made in any currency, rent is paid only in dollars, euros or baht.

Payments are supported by VISA and MasterCard. The control number must be sent to the mail of the company.

Transfer takes place usually within 3 business days, but can sometimes take a little longer.

After making the payment it is necessary to send to the company mail

  • Confirmation of payment transfer (photo of the document/receipt or control number).
  • Name of the payer.
  • Passport data for concluding the contract.
  • Mobile phone number and/or email for communication.

Payment comes to our company in local currency, it is the amount of the transfer taking into account the current exchange rate.  This will be recorded in the documents confirming the reservation.

Attention! When cancelling a reservation, prepayment deposit is usually not refundable.  You are recommended to take-out separate insurance to cover for unexpected events that could impact your ability to travel, this same insurance can often also cover medical expenses.

Booking Confirmation

A document confirming that you have selected the property option for a pre-determined period of residence is sent by e-mail within two business days after payment of the deposit. It is not necessary to print it, just save it on your phone/tablet/laptop. If necessary, present it at immigration/passport control upon arrival.

Additional Payments

 

  • Utilities (electricity &, water) are paid in accordance with the indicators of meters.
  • Room cleaning and laundry are paid upon the provision of the service.
  • Internet is usually included in the rental cost, however in cases where not, this is paid upon check-in.
  • Final cleaning (performed after check-out) is paid at any convenient time. The cost is fixed depending on the size of ​​rented real estate (this varies from around 1000 to 2000 Thai Baht).

Utility Rates

  • Electricity 5 to 8 Baht per kW.
  • Water 15 to 20 Baht per cubic meter.

To calculate and control the approximate costs, the tenant can judge the amount of electricity/water consumed by the meters.  Water is generally viewed as a low-cost, however electricity cost can quickly rise if air conditioning is left on all day/all night.

There is no average utility bill; the cost depends on the amount of use.

Refundable Security Deposit (return)

The amount of the deposit is agreed in advance. The agent accepts payment in any currency and refunds upon check-out, provided that there is no damage to the rented property or property due to the fault of the tenant.

Check-in 

When ordering a transfer from our company, the driver himself informs about the time of arrival. If you are traveling on your own, you should please warn the agent at least two hours in advance of your arrival.

Upon check-in, the tenant, after signing the contract ​​and paying the remaining amount, together with the company employee checks the serviceability of household appliances. The agent also records the readings of electricity and water meters.

You can get advice on excursions, restaurants, places to relax or order additional services (return transfer, cleaning, laundry, etc.) when you check in, or at any other time.

Check-out 

It is necessary to warn the employee of the company about check-out the day before. An hour before the appointed time, the agent will come to the customer to take readings of the meters and check the integrity of the real estate / property.

After settling the bills for utilities, cleaning, and assuming there is no damage, the insurance deposit is returned.

Rent without Reservation

If you want to personally inspect the proposed real estate options before signing a contract, you must first agree on the dates and times of the visit to view the property of interest.

Attention! In the high season from November to March, the company does not guarantee availability without prior reservation.
